Tiptoeing into the Divine Feminine Energy

This topic of ‘the Divine Feminine’ has been on my mind a lot recently. I remember several years ago; I was getting a psychic reading from someone, and I mentioned during the reading that my pants were tight and they said something like ‘yeah you need to stop wearing the pants.’ I was kind of taken aback, but I knew what they meant. At the same time, my thoughts were ‘well someone has to.’ How do we get through life without ‘taking care of business?’ Having an achievement-oriented mindset, I’m all about what do I need TO DO to get from A to Z.

Society also programs us to be action oriented. It seems the Feminine Energy has all been but squashed. Feminine Energy is about allowing, receiving, and holding space. How many times do we express an issue or problem to someone and immediately they tell us what to do, think or feel instead of holding space for us to allow us to have our experience.

I read something about how allowing others to help us is an example of allowing Feminine Energy. I thought back on how many times people have offered to help me and I’ve immediately just responded with ‘thanks, but I can do it.’ And I remember thinking to myself, the next time someone offers to help me, I’m going to let them. Well shortly thereafter, I got my chance. I was putting several bags of soil in the back of my car, and I could practically feel this guy near me stressing out seeing me do load the bags myself. He offered to help, and I let him.

I had yet another opportunity shortly thereafter when I attempted to change out my front door deadbolt at 7 PM at night. I don’t know why I continue to think I can do something like that, knowing full well that my mechanical skills are on the low end of the spectrum. Nevertheless, I still tried and as you can imagine – it did not work out so well. I tried putting in the new one, couldn’t, so then I tried to put back the old one and couldn’t figure that out either. Trying to hold back a complete panic attack, I called one of my neighbors to see if they could help me. They didn’t answer. One of my other neighbors, who I have never introduced myself to, just happened to be getting home. I quickly introduced myself and asked if he could kindly help me with the door. He was able to put in the new one for me.

Letting others help turned out to not be so hard after all.

I’ve tried to be more conscious of this energy. It has also made me realize how rather than focusing my energy outward so much, it’s almost like you are pulling back. Everyone always says, ‘lean in’, well how about ‘lean back?’

This energy almost feels like this ‘sat’ energy – sitting, leaning back, allowing.

Awhile back I learned a particular visual meditation and it’s one that I practice quite regularly. In the meditation, you are supposed to walk through this field and then go into this white tent for the meditation. However, being the little creative that I am, I always imagine bringing a bag of food for all the little animals that I imagine in the field, so I bring bird seed, peanuts, and apples to feed the birds, squirrels, foxes, deer and even skunks. I just imagine sitting down in the grass and all of these little woodland creatures coming over to me and we sit in a circle, and I hand out food for them. And THEN I make my way over to the white tent to do the meditation. That feels very feminine to me as the holder of space, letting others INTO a space that you create. As these animals all gather around, I am always delighted to create and host a little imaginary meal for them.

When I think of the Divine Feminine Energy, I also think about Full Moon Ceremonies. A few months back, I was invited to attend one for the first time. During one part of the ceremony as the ladies all gathered around the fire, it seemed to stir up a sense of familiarity in me – like I’ve done this before. It’s amazing how fire always has the ability to activate dormant memories. The power of intentional ritual and the gathering together of either women or men is a tradition that holds such power.

Being with all of the women there, sharing our experiences and feeling the encouragement and support to be vulnerable was truly a treasured experience.

As we continue to navigate the evolvement of society from 3D to 5D, I think the Divine Feminine Energy will finally be expressed more fully. As more and more people quit their jobs and find fulfillment in areas that feed their soul, I think we will continue to expand and be comfortable in allowing this Divine Feminine Energy to permeate our lives offering us a sense of peace and sacredness every day.

Healing Modalities – Part 2

In this post, I’ll discuss what I consider to be deeper healing modalities. I’ve included ones that I have personally tried and my experiences with them.

Acupuncture

I have been going to acupuncture off and on for a few years. It was interesting because one day someone asked me what was wrong with me that I needed acupuncture. And while it is true, acupuncturists will ask you want you want to work on, what issues that you are experiencing, to me, it’s more about getting your energy flowing to PREVENT any long-term illness. It’s a completely different mindset than traditional western medicine, where the focus is less on preventing and more on fixing what is broken. I have actually been amazed at how good I feel after acupuncture. What surprised me was how much emotionally healing I gained as well. The last two times I started back doing acupuncture, after not having gone in a while, I had a significant emotional response. It’s my understanding that we do hold emotions in our body, certain organs – like the liver, and acupuncture has the effect of getting that energy moving again – and helping us release what has been stored up inside. I am no expert by any means, I am just sharing my own personal experience and perception of my acupuncture treatments. I have completed acupuncture sessions and felt so calm and relaxed afterwards, that I had to just sit in the entry area for a while until I felt comfortable enough to drive. It has been the most relaxing I have ever felt in my life. Not all sessions had that affect, but I can attest to the treatments doing something positive. I consider this a deep healing, but by no means something that can’t be done with some frequency. I think that it is profound in its healing ability is why I consider it to be ‘deep.’ If you have an aversion to needles like I do, you seriously don’t need to worry. The needles are tiny. They also usually put on relaxing music during the sessions.

Reiki

I have only done reiki a couple of times, but I did really enjoy it and had some profound experiences during and after the sessions.  Since I have only gone to one person a couple of times, I don’t have too much to compare to on this one on how things might normally go. But some people have more ‘skills’ than others, and the practitioner that I went to had more psychic abilities than most people. So, after the session, she gently told me that I had two negative entities attached to me that she sent ‘to the light.’ She said that she doesn’t tell everyone when she sees them, but that she knew that I could handle that information. This session was not too long after my Kundalini had activated, and so my ‘light’ was brighter and negative entities can see your light – is how she explained it to me. What was funny about it – is that I saw these little mischievous things prior to this session – but didn’t know what they were, or that they were attached to me. I talk about this in my blog post on “Negative Entities.”

Negative Entities – Heather Burket

I could feel her increasing the energy on my chakras (energy centers) and feel the energy swirling. It was a crazy experience. I also would see, in my mind’s eye, various colors when she went over the different chakras. She made a point to focus on my third eye on one session, and later that evening, I had this weird experience where the whole room flashed up white with light. I know that means that the third eye is opening. I had had this same experience previously once my Kundalini activated, but it is still startling to experience.

I think Reiki is a great practice to get the energy centers going. I have felt absolutely amazing afterwards, but you do need to take some down time after sessions. It’s important to take it easy physically for a couple of days. So, I normally don’t do it too often, because I don’t really want to take the down time. I do feel it is a great way to get your energy moving and it is definitely a deeper healing.

Plant Medicines

From my perspective, plant medicines are great tools for people wanting to heal deeper traumas. I would highly recommend this to people who are willing to face their inner demons. Of course, this is a topic that has become more mainstream lately and I’m glad for that. This type of practice has been going on for a long time by many cultures all over the world.

If you choose to participate in this type of healing, I’d recommend that you find what resonates with you. Always follow your intuition.

I have listened to various people share their experiences, and I think people’s experience will vary depending on a few factors. 1) How much trauma that they have 2) How open they are to letting go 3) The particular type of plant medicine and how it is prepared.

I have tried a few different plant medicines – one I felt happy and at peace, the other made me so sick I threw up. The latter one is not that common, in fact, I had never head of this one before. But the experience was actually quite horrible, and I will never do that again. I did not do too much research, as it lasted for the entire day – it was miserable. At one point, I did feel the amazing experience of love, but it was short-lived, followed by misery for the rest of the time. It was like I was constantly trying to stay in control and stay in my body. I did not know what would happen if I let go. Others in the group had similar experiences as I did – we were all miserable. As far as healing goes on the latter one, I am sure that I released some things, but I can’t consciously say what I did release.

I still believe in the power of plant medicines, but I think that it depends on the type and how it is made. I have heard amazing stories from others about how they released a lot during these sessions, so I do believe in their abilities. There are other plant medicines that I am interested in trying at some point.

Implant Removal

When we first start to wake up spiritually, I think we all get a bit freaked out. We start going down different rabbit holes and basically just get a bit terrified. Part of my experience was freaking out thinking I had implants. In case you are not familiar with implants – implants are thought to be either energetic or physical apparatus that are put into us preventing us from fully expressing ourselves in some way. They can also be tracking devices. I’ve heard various things over the years, so I will just share what I’ve heard and experienced. I believe that if our energy gets lowered, then we might allow these implants to be placed in our etheric fields. I am not exactly sure how, but these could be from extraterrestrial beings. I believe that they can also be physical – but I don’t personally have any experience with that.

So, for some reason, I decided to do a long-distance implant removal session. The person scheduled it for be completed at a certain time. They stated that I should be at home, relaxed, but I had to go to work during that time. Later that day I had to take one of my animals to the vet’s office. It was going to be a while, so I decided to just sit in my car. I literally fell asleep in my car – I could not stay awake. I NEVER fall asleep while traveling, not in a car, not in an airplane, so I knew that this sleeping bout was most likely due to the energetic healing session.

Later that evening, I was lying in bed, and I felt like Frankenstein on the table feeling this surge of electricity going through my body where I couldn’t move, and it freaked me out. It seemed like it lasted a few minutes, but I’m sure it was just a few seconds that seemed like forever. It really freaked me out.

After I went to sleep, that night, I had this kind of weird out of body experience or lucid dream? It was kind of both. I remember lying on this table and I saw this man with a white beard. I saw these glass tablets hanging in mid-air that were turned backwards, so that I couldn’t see what was playing, even though it was see through. Then, I came back into my body, and I remember as soon as I did, I felt this pressure in between my eyes – kind of in the middle of my forehead. When I woke up – I had a headache.

When I received the report from the long-distance healer, they had said that they removed something in my 3rd eye and put some sort of rainbow device there or something. I was confused thinking I don’t remember this being part of the package. They also removed various other etheric implants located in different areas.

I brought this up to a psychic once and they said that some implants are meant to be there. I believe that they are from our spirit team. Maybe they’ve been placed there for a reason. So, I am not sure if my spirit guides removed something that should have been there, or if they removed what they put in me, but either way, I think that whatever the healer did, was not right and my spirit team fixed it.

I know this sounds out there, and I feel like I’m telling half a story, because I really do not know the full truth, but I wanted to share this with you in case you think decide to get an implant removal session. I would not recommend it unless you are pretty far down the spiritual path and know what you are doing.

Sacred Sites

I am listing sacred sites here in healing modalities because I believe that when we visit sacred sites that we activate our DNA. This propels us forward on our spiritual journey in a significant way. What I have found interesting over the years, is that I think that these trips are ‘planned’ without us even knowing the reason why or connecting the dots as to how it is important. A few times I have ended up at locations during spring or summer solstices – and I don’t think those are coincidences. I share more about my personal experiences in my video on Atlantis/Bimini. I think that we each have our own path and will be drawn to certain places. I have traveled to the following places: Sedona, Bimini (Atlantis), Hot Springs Arkansas, Lake Louise, Macchu Pichu, Lake Titicaca (and several other sites in Peru), Puma Punka (Bolivia).

Tachyon Chamber

This type of healing modality is not very common. But I would recommend if you feel called to it. I would make sure that it is actually a real tachyon chamber. I discuss this in more detail in this post.

Breathwork

This is an area that I think is extremely beneficial and kind have profound effects. I think that this really should probably be done with regularity, but I am including on the ‘deep’ section because I do believe it is very powerful. Even though I believe it is very powerful, I have not dedicated that much time to it, however when I have practiced it, it has helped release a lot of stored up emotional pain.

Others that practice it report higher energy, increased clarity, and better connection their higher selves. I think it probably opens the 3rd eye in a big way.

Try guided breathwork DVDs, shows, YouTube or try Insight Timer or find a teacher that can help you with your practice. I think that there is a lot to learn with this practice, just like yoga. We can all probably benefit from having someone guide us through this practice.

Crystal Beds

I have experienced a crystal bed once. Crystal beds are where you lie down on a bed, similar to a massage table. They have these lights with crystals that are directed over each chakra – so each crystal matches each chakra. I’ll be completely honest here, my experience with this was not great, not because of the crystal bed, but because of the practitioner. I honestly did not resonate with this individual but had gone there with a friend.

So, I’ll just say – I think that there is benefit to these and I would recommend them. However, my experience was clouded with being in a situation where I felt uncomfortable and so was not able to fully experience this type of healing.

Tesla Coils

Again, sometimes I just find myself in these situations where these healing modalities appear and I just say, ‘why not.’ I had never heard of this type of healing modality, so didn’t know what it did or had any clue about what I was doing.

Anyway, the theory is that you lay on a bed in between two coils – some near the top of your head and the others close to your feet. You lie on the bed and they place various crystals on your body. The energy is supposed to cycle through you I believe, and then cut off when it has completed ‘charging’ you I guess for lack of better word.

To be honest, I was kind of nervous because I didn’t know what this thing was doing to me, but I tried it anyway. Supposedly, the system was supposed to cut off after about 20 minutes. It must have been 45 minutes when the practitioner came back and was surprised to see that the coils were still ‘on’.  I felt very light-headed and probably very ungrounded. I probably should not have driven home until I had time to get grounded. I do remember missing an exit and getting turned around at one point.

I believe that the purpose overall, is to increase and recharge your energy and it definitely did do that. What was funny about it was later, I was sitting at my kitchen table and I was making the lights flicker. I brought in a black tourmaline and a hematite to the table and then the light stopped flickering. Interesting stuff for sure.

Sound Healing

I think healing through sound is also a very deep healing practice. I have less experience in this arena, but I have experienced someone drumming over my body and it felt amazing. One of my current practices is to listen to 528 Hz – almost daily. I think it helps me get centered internally.

Sound healing is one area that I plan to explore more in the future, as I think there is so much to it.

After reading this blog post, it will be become pretty obvious that I am open to most forms of healing. I think it’s a combination of personality type, and the desire to be the best that I can be. But I’d advise you to follow your own internal guidance system on what healing modality you are called to try.

Healing Modalities – Part 1

I have so much to say on this topic that I will have to break this into several posts. If there is one message that I want everyone to come away from after reading this, is that anyone choosing to look at themselves and do inner work should be applauded, because it is definitely not an easy process. It takes a lot of courage to face our inner demons and look at unhealed parts of ourselves and be willing to accept that we can use some improvement.

I plan to talk about some what I consider to be “Core” healing modalities. These are foundational practices that I believe are beneficial and serve as a starting point for personal growth and development.

Traditional Therapy

By Traditional therapy – I am referring to seeing a counselor – either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or a Clinical Psychologist. I am sure they are called by different classifications in other countries outside of the US, but basically a practice where someone has trained in school. Traditional therapy is important because it serves as a way for an outside person to be able to look at us objectively and help us to understand our family dynamics and the filters on how we perceive things. Therapy helps us to break these decades long family patterns in our family lines. And the additional benefit, is that once we start to react differently, then others around us learn as well. Not only are we helping ourselves, but we are also helping those around us.

Most of us are not taught basic emotional awareness, so we just follow along with whatever happens in our families. Going to a therapist will help us better understand how and why we are reacting. One common thing that you might hear about is being ‘triggered.’ This is when someone says or does something to you that makes you upset. I used to suffer from this quite a bit. Now I know enough about myself to where I really don’t give a crap. LOL! But it is very freeing. When you realize that you and only you are the one that controls your emotional reaction to someone, why would you let that other person let you get upset? However, most of us have not spent the time and done the work to understand WHY we are getting upset. We just know that we are mad. Once you start to understand the WHY, then you can react differently and those WHYs can be any of 100’s of reasons.

When it comes to healing, traditional therapy is hands down the most profound healing treatment that you can do for yourself. It is not easy, but once you start to go and are able to express how you feel and have someone help you feel better – why wouldn’t you? At the end of the day, we all just want to be happy and be at peace internally. Going to therapy should be the first step on the spiritual path of self-awareness.

Exercise

Exercise is another practice that has so many overall benefits. I remember running and getting a ‘high’ from it and thinking, “oh my gosh, no one really talks about the emotional bliss.” Of course, everyone has heard of the ‘runners high’. But I don’t think most people truly appreciate the actual emotional benefits to exercise. I almost felt like it was this secret that no one really talked about. I think the hard thing about exercise is overcoming the inertia to start. In this sedentary lifestyle where many of us are at computers all day, I think a lot of us have become really lazy about actually getting up to do things. And yes, I am referring to myself here as well. The more we sit, the harder it is to actually get up and take action. At the very least, I really recommend walking to start. I walk my dog several times a week about 1 ½ miles. I walk very early in the morning – at 4:00 AM. To me, it is so emotionally balancing. My mind is free, I am just putting one foot in front of the other. I can see the stars which helps me put anything going on in my life into perspective. Then, once I get home, I already have a sense of accomplishment. Now I know a lot of people are not early risers and might be more physically impaired to walk and/or walk that far. But pick something that you can do and try to make it more of a habit. The main thing is to get moving. And once you start to gain a positive momentum, you will be even more motivated to continue because you will start to feel better. And don’t beat yourself up if you can’t get into a regular habit. I think a lot of times, we set these high expectations and then when life happens and takes us of course, we start to feel bad and give up.  But just remember, it’s a journey, not a sprint, so just keep on going!

Meditation

This is so hard for a lot of people. We are hard pressed to sit still and quiet our minds. As an action-oriented person, this practice is also difficult for me. So, I try to meditate for even just a few minutes. I think the earlier in the day the better before our monkey minds start taking off. For me, I find myself thinking during meditation and I have to make myself snap out of it. Guided meditations might be better for some people where you are listening to someone to help you focus your mind, rather than on your To Do list for the day. I have read that when you meditate, you actually impact your neighbors! The energy creates a type of coherence that impacts those near you. How awesome is that! Just think if we all meditated how calm we would all be!

Meditation helps us to calm our minds creating an inner balance. I think the more effort that we put forth in taking care of our mental and emotional states, the easier it is for us to go through our day and react to any situation that we might encounter in a better state of mind.

One App that I recommend is “Insight Timer”. There are guided meditations, calming music, music to help you sleep – all sorts of helpful tracks depending on what you are looking for. I listen to one 528Hz in the morning while I journal. My animals also feel the peace and become very relaxed while listening to it.

Visualization

I consider visualization a core practice that I don’t think too many people practice. When we visualize, we get to choose what we want to see. Most of us are going to pick something that we want to experience in our lives. Visualizing that desired image will create a positive feeling. I have heard when we create with our mind through our imagination, that it is created in the 4th dimension – it exists. Then it’s just a matter of time before it is created physically into the 3rd dimension. It is a practice that many professional athletes and sports professionals utilize. It is one of the tenets of Law of Attraction. The body can’t tell the difference if something is from imagination or if it is really happening, so it will also respond accordingly.I feel that visualization is important because when you think about how we go about our day and how we might focus on any number of different things, I think when you specifically make a point to focus on something that you desire, that puts your frame of mind in a positive state of expectation.

Journaling

When it comes to healing modalities, journaling is the one where I spend most of my time. It helps me sort out what I am feeling. I think oftentimes we get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life and we don’t really focus on what is going on with us internally. We might be short-tempered or be angry and not even know why we are acting a certain way. Journaling to me helps me keep track of what is going on inside. It helps me process what I am feeling. Journaling helps me reflect on the day, what experiences I have had, what I was feeling, and how to make sense of everything. Writing helps me to stay centered because I have spent time on where I am emotionally. If I feel I am degrading emotionally, I write down what is going on, I brainstorm on how I can feel better. I reflect on the good, the bad and the ugly. To me, it’s me checking in on myself. It’s an integral part of my own emotional health practice.

Dream interpretation

This goes hand in hand with journaling. While people would most likely not consider this a healing modality, I want to talk about it because during the spiritual awakening process, dreams become a focal point. I will have to write an article on this because there are so much to dreams. In this post, I will just touch on the basics.

If you are not paying attention to your dreams you are missing out on a key tool to better understand yourself. I think it is kind of funny how people don’t realize how much their dreams tell about what is going on inside. And I think it’s funny when people tell me about their dreams. I spend a lot of time on dream analysis. Your dreams give you clues about what is subconscious – and trying to bring the information forth to your conscious level.

Since my spiritual awakening process began, I have become better at understanding my dreams. I believe that dreams can tell us about what is going on internally.

Here’s a summary of what dreams can reveal, from my perspective:

  1. Subconscious fears
  2. Things that you are trying to process emotionally
  3. Past lives
  4. Pre-cognitive visions
  5. Astral experiences

Since I’m talking about healing modalities, I’ll focus on subconscious fears and things that you are trying to process emotionally. The other 3, I’ll save for another blog post. Over the years, I’ve been better at understanding what dreams are trying to help me process things emotionally vs the other types. It takes time, but if you spend enough time on the process, it will become clearer.

Your dreams hold tremendous value in understanding your inner world. The key to dream interpretation is to remember how you FELT. Did you experience fear? Dread? Anxiety? Sadness? By paying attention, dreams will help you understand things that you might not be consciously aware of. To me, it’s an integral, core part of healing. Some dreams may be reinforcing something that you are already aware of, and others might be bringing things to you that you have tried to suppress or ignore.

Once you identify the key emotion, then try to identify if there is anything going on in your life that has that same emotion. Any animal or insect that shows up is your subconscious mind’s way of bringing a symbol to represent your feelings. It is important to focus on how you feel about that particular image, but you can also look up general interpretations There are also some dreams where you may be aware, but not fully aware of just how much emotion that you feel about a certain topic. If you wake up from a horrible dream with an intense emotion – pay attention. These are intense emotions that you are feeling that need to be addressed as they might be causing you a lot of inner turmoil that you may not have acknowledged.

Yoga

I am by no means an expert, but I believe yoga is one of the core healing modalities that helps combine exercise and meditation. During yoga, my mind is quiet. I am focused on my body and how my body is responding to the movements. I feel the tightness, where I am holding onto stress in my body. Yoga helps center us, get us back in touch with our physical bodies and just feels good! Since a lot of us spend a lot of time at the computer, we really need to stretch. Yoga helps us deal with stiffness. Some people may prefer a class, some might prefer watching a yoga class in their own homes. Try whatever works for you. If yoga is too strenuous, just try stretching to start.

When it comes to healing, there are several different types of modalities. These might not all fit into the traditional definition of healing, but things that I think are the core foundation for overall mental, emotional, and physical health.

In the next post, I’ll go a little deeper into some practices that really go to that next level and are more intense healing practices.

Empath Stories

In my previous article “Being an Empath”, I discussed one of the experiences that you may have is picking up on other people’s energy and their emotions – and not realizing it. This actually still freaks me out a little bit to be honest. So, I wanted to share a few of my personal experiences so that you can hopefully learn from my experiences. This was probably happening all my life up to this point, to some degree, however, I think because of my spiritual awakening, the abilities to pick up on other people’s energy increased. And I think as we continue to grow spiritually that we will naturally be more sensitive to energy. So, it’s important to learn about this concept.

Empath Story No.1

When it comes to picking up on ONE particular individual’s energy, I have to base it on my own personal experience. For me, it has been: 1) someone that I am close to, 2) someone who is also psychic (has psychic abilities) 3) possibly someone is not emotionally healthy – lol! And honestly, I kind of feel uncomfortable saying that, but that is what this first story is about. So, here’s what I remember. This was several years ago at a work environment at a very stressful time at the company. I remember standing up in my dining room feeling this very frantic, vulnerable, shaky, “I can’t do this anymore” feeling – which is totally not like me at all. At some point, I remember talking to my partner at the time who talked me through what I was feeling. I don’t remember the details of the conversation exactly, but basically, we discussed how there was one individual where I was working who had a reputation for impacting others – and not in a good way. People were fearful of them, were glad when they were not around – just in general someone who was not well liked. They explained how sometimes emotionally unhealthy people can impact others, and people like me, who are sensitive, may end up taking on these emotions and not be aware of it. They also explained how once the person who has been taking on these emotions, realizes it and releases it, that that “ENERGY” will move onto the next person. So as I began to process this, and actually get mad about it – both mad at that person and mad at myself for being a sucker and picking up on this energy, then I did release this and I could tell I felt better ONCE I realized that the emotions that I was feeling were not my own. Apparently, this is a well- known phenomenon in the mental health world.

Well, lo and behold, that is what happened. So, once I realized this and released these frantic emotions that I was experiencing, apparently another co-worker took on this energy (of course another empath). This person ended up in the hospital actually. They became so distraught that they were throwing up and not able to take their necessary medication and ended up in the hospital. When they came back to work, I explained what I thought might have happened and they were taken aback, but open to this explanation.

There are a few things that stood out to me the most from this experience. The main one is that the emotions that I had been feeling were actually very foreign to me. And that was one of the key learning experiences to me to help me identify if what I am feeling is truly MY OWN emotions or someone else’s. The best way to describe it would be frantic, shaky and very, very vulnerable. The other thing is I was frankly shocked at this whole concept that it actually CAN happen and that I allowed this to happen and could have kept on going through it and made decisions based on emotions that weren’t even mine! This was truly an eye-opening experience and I was thankful that I had a partner who could help me understand this.

The Twin Flame connection is a unique connection that involves a lot of telepathic and psychic communication. And at the time, I had never heard of the concept, so I was completely thrown off by the connection. At the time of this particular event, I had not spoken to him in over 6 months. So, one month, all of sudden I had a really hard time sleeping. I was experiencing a lot of anxiety that was spilling over into my sleep. In fact, my sleep was so disturbed that I had to take off several workdays that month. Additionally, I had purchased different types of OTC sleeping pills and experimenting with them and dosages to see which ones would work (not wake up groggy).Finally, at the end of this month, I received an email from my Twin Flame letting me know that they had been let go from their job (where I also worked). I was completely thrown off. That was their last day and I didn’t even get to say good-bye. However, ‘coincidentally’ a few days later, I went down to get a coffee and ran into them. They told me that they had been told at the BEGINNING of that month that they were being let go at the end of the month. They told me about the stress that they had been going through getting ready to move and get things lined out for their future.

Sometime afterwards, I began to think that maybe my sleep-related issues were related to them and picking up their stress and anxiety from losing their job? A few months later, I ended up doing a psychic reading with someone that I’ve since had multiple readings with and completely trust their abilities. A lot of times, newly awakened people, seek out psychics because they have so many experiences that they don’t understand and need guidance on. So, I would save up a list of questions to ask once I scheduled a reading. I asked them if I had been picking up on their energy and that was the reason why I was not sleeping at all that month? They told me that ‘yes’ we were actually playing ‘empath ping pong’ is how they described it and said that it is not fun. They said that the TF would get stressed out and basically I would pick up on their stressful energy and then I was stressed out because of my own struggles with my personal relationship and send that energy over to my TF and they would pick it up. I found that very interesting to say the least! I was actually very glad to have found an explanation as to why I was SOOOO exhausted because my sleep was so out of whack. It was truly a frustrating time.

Empath Story No. 3

This story has to do with a friend who has psychic abilities. I was driving into work one day, very early – like 6 AM and I had just been thinking about how everything was going okay. I was in a good state of mind, when suddenly, I just had this feeling like “I can’t do this anymore” and I started to have anxiety and dread going into work. I was literally about to turn around and drive back home. Then, the thought came to me, ‘wait a minute, I JUST started to have this frantic feeling, when I was fine just 5 minutes ago.’ And also, I realized that I had that same sinking feeling as I had in the first story – this frantic type feeling that was not ME. So, as I continued to drive, I started to do energy clearing work and just imagined white light coming down into my body and I believe I asked whatever energy that is not mine to leave my energetic space immediately. I started to feel better immediately. As I continued to drive down the road, I started to think about where that energy was coming from? What person’s energy was I picking up on? And then I thought, I wonder if it was one friend in particular. I know that we were both more on the psychic side, so wondered if maybe somehow, I was just picking up on her energy because she and I were probably just both more tuned in.

Later in the day, I contacted this person and asked them if they had, by chance, had some sort of stressful, anxiety causing situation to happen to them that morning? They said yes, and they explained to me what happened. I am not going to share the story that they shared with me, because it was personal, but it was definitely a situation that would have caused stress and anxiety. And I told them that I had picked up on their energy at that same time.

The Lessons

I’m sharing these experiences because if you are new to understanding that you are an empath, you may learn from my stories. Basically, if you are sensitive to energy, it is possible that you may have emotions that are not yours. Sometimes you can determine WHO you are picking up this energy from, but that won’t always be the case. Sometimes you have to do some detective work. And other times, I believe that I pick up on collective energy, that is not necessarily connected to one person. I’ll share one example on that. The other day, a hurricane was in the Gulf of Mexico – a category 4, which is a very strong hurricane with wind speeds of 140 mph. The meteorologists had said that it was going into Louisiana, even though it looked like it was headed for Texas. I started to have this foreboding feeling and I wasn’t for sure what was causing it. So, I grabbed one of my large pieces of black tourmaline and held it in my hand. If you don’t know, black tourmaline is a very well-known powerful crystal that assists in removing and dispelling negative energy. I sat and meditated and began to ask myself questions 1) is this energy I’m picking up from others fears? 2) is this feeling because I KNOW that the meteorologists are wrong, and it’s headed this way? As I sat with these questions, I began to lose the emotion of the foreboding feeling and began to feel a sense of calm again. So, the lesson for me was if I start to have a ‘run-away’ emotion, that is not within my normal range of emotion and matches what I am experiencing, then I start to question that maybe this energy is not mine.

For me, in particular, it seems that this ‘panicky, frantic’ feeling is not normal for me, so if I start to feel that way, then I realize that maybe this emotion is not mine.

The other thing that I have to talk about is the concept of boundaries. Boundaries, to me, are a few things and in this instance, it’s about maintaining your own energetic boundary. So, if you are picking up on other people’s emotions, it is also because you are ‘open’ emotionally and perhaps creating stronger energetic boundaries would be in order. I’m not an expert, by any means, on this topic, but as a result of these experiences, I have definitely begun implementing practices such as the ones that I mentioned in the article “Tips for Empaths” and that has helped me tremendously.

I sometimes wonder just how many empaths out there are experiencing anxiety and stress because they are simply picking up on other people’s energy and just don’t realize it?

This is not knowledge that we are born with, so we have to learn. And each of us has our own path to follow. For me, I know that these 3 instances taught me a LOT and as my most recent experience just happened, I’ve learned to quickly identify and address emotional distress that I’m experiencing that is unnecessary.

Dimensions

The concept of dimensions really intrigues me, but I’ll admit I haven’t been able to explore this topic very much. There are a lot of rabbit holes to go down. However, it’s important to have a basic understanding and I can share what I’ve learned thus far.

We came to Earth to experience the 3D world. Most of us would not be able to handle experiencing the other dimensions and the beings in these other dimensions while on Earth. However, some people came in with the blue print (or soul plan) to be fully open and aware of beings that exist in other dimensions and while here on Earth.

I think a majority of us operate from our current ‘life’ within this 3D world. We are fully rooted in this 3D life – families, school, careers, friends, etc. Most of us have probably have the perspective that we have a soul and that when we die, our soul carries on – in Heaven, or somewhere – out there in space – lol! However, once we start to awaken spiritually, we really begin to expand our awareness to the vastness of existence and how maybe we are not as ‘alone’ as we think. It reframes our world and our place in it.

Everyone’s spiritual awakening process is different. For mine, I’m reminded of that funny skit on Saturday Night Live where 2 people had 2 completely different experiences of being abducted by aliens. One was bathed in light and felt like they were wrapped in pure love. The other one ended up peeing over a bowl and had her boobs batted back and forth by an alien. Lol! My experience wasn’t involving aliens, however, it was similar in that I didn’t experience the bliss like euphoric state and see angels that some people experience during their awakening. In fact, it was quite the opposite. I ended up opening up initially to the 4th dimension – which is the place of nightmares.

And again, each of us has our own journey and our own reasons and purpose for what we experience. But before we get into the dimensions, let’s talk a little a bit about them in general.

Seeing into Dimensions

We are used to focusing on tangible objects in our environment. But there are beings and things in other dimensions around you all of the time. When it comes to dimensions and experiences though, I do see some stuff that I am not sure what dimension it is in. One of the techniques that you can try to see into other dimensions, is to unfocus your eyes while you are lying down on your bed at night. As long as there is a little bit of light coming in, you should start to see shapes moving about. I’ve seen things moving around – but I don’t know what they are. Kelli Coffee has referred to it at one time as “space junk.” One time I remember seeing what resembled sea kelp hanging down and moving gently side to side from my ceiling.

Being a Fractal

It’s also important to bring up at this time, the concept of you as a “Fractal.” We tend to think of ourselves as our physical body, when in fact, that is just one aspect of ourselves. Have you heard of the concept of your ‘higher self?’ That would be a fractal of yourself that exists in another dimension. There are other fractals existing in other dimensions as well, but most people are just focused on the one that is playing the more important role for them now, which would be the higher self.

4th Dimension

So now I’ll discuss what I’ve experienced and have come to understand about the 4th dimension. There are beings in the 4th dimension that are not connected to Source. They are projections of energy that have manifested in some form – from black shadows (roundish) to more complex demonic beings. I have experienced a lot of different ‘beings’ in this dimension – but I’ll save that for another article. In the 4th dimension, since these beings are not connected to source, they need to ‘feed’ off of others energy in order to sustain themselves. I believe, but am not 100% sure on this, that this is also where manifestation begins. So before we create into our 3D reality, we put forth our words and thoughts. It’s important for us to understand this because there is a lag time between what we think and what we manifest. In the 5D experience, it is immediate. I’ve noticed this in particular lately, where I think of something, and it immediately appears, so this is kind of a training ground for us to be more mindful of our thoughts, because in time, there will not be a time lag between thought and manifestation.

5th Dimension

The 5th Dimension is what we are evolving to. The 5th dimension is where we lose duality, we no longer see ourselves as separate as others. It is all about love. I’ve personally noticed lately in the last few months, this bliss like state being more frequent. However, it also appears that the lows seem to be a deeper low. So it’s super high, then it drops down. It’s a process – we are all continually evolving.

Now I’ll share what I’ve experienced in 5D. During my trip to Bimini (Atlantis), I had one experience where everything in the hotel room became outlined in blue lines and intermittent blue circles. It was very odd and only lasted for a few seconds. It reminded me of that movie Tron with the straight lines. A few months later, I came across a video where Kelli Coffee was showing a video with those same blue lines/circles. She said that she sees those in the 5th dimension! So that was validation for me. Also, sometime later I came across an article by Lisa Transcendance Brown and she had pictures showing the exact same thing.

6th Dimension and higher

In the higher dimensions, ‘form’ becomes more about geometry and lights. As you increase in dimensions, this is an increase in vibration. When you hear about people ‘seeing’ Angels, etc. it is because they take on a recognizable form so that they won’t freak you out, and because it is what is familiar to you. There is a really funny video where Kelli Coffee talks about Archangel Michael and he ends up showing up in her living room. She then realizes that he also takes the form of a blue light, which is his true form. It’s really a great video and highly entertaining to watch.

So let’s now talk about a few other things in other dimensions.

Ghosts

Ghosts are Earthbound spirits. They are not in the 3D world. According to Psychic Bob – they are stuck, they have not gone to the light. It is not a good place to be in. He refers to it as Purgatory.. Whatever location you want to call it, they are definitely around in our spaces. I’ve had a few experiences with Earthbound spirits – most were okay, but one was not cool. However, now I have more knowledge and power and am not afraid. Ghosts are disembodied spirits that you can communicate with, you can sometimes see them or feel their presence. They can also touch you and throw things – if they have enough power. The main thing that you want to know about ghosts is that you shouldn’t be afraid of them. They are actually suffering.

Sparkly Lights

I’ve had experiences where I’ve seen small multi-colored lights flitting around in my room. In fact, my dog was also watching it and following it with his head. I believe that these are spirits. These were really cool experiences actually.

Orbs

From what I understand, orbs are spirits that are traveling through dimensions, so they can take that form in order to travel.

So that’s my understanding of Dimensions at this time. Again – it’s a topic that I really want to explore some more once I get a chance, because I find it fascinating. But it’s very important to have a basic understanding when you start to awaken, because as we grow and evolve spiritually, you may encounter beings in other dimensions. Our ‘reality’ is not what we’ve been taught to believe.

My Close Call

I don’t even know where to start on this. It’s been awhile since I’ve posted and partly it’s because of something I experienced a few weeks ago, and have not felt ready to talk about it. I have not completely processed it, and have put it ‘in a box’ for now. I take it out and process it a little at a time, but I probably still need to go see a healer about it at some point because I know the emotions are still trapped in my energy body.

A few weeks ago I had one of the most terrifying experiences of my life.

I was driving down the street and I saw this guy that made me laugh. He was very fit and wearing work out clothes, but he was wearing a mask on his face. So I decided to take a picture. After I took the pic, I felt like I had just looked at a building that was reflecting the sun – where you accidentally get kind of temporarily blinded.

Where you have this one area in your eye were you can’t see. But I was like ‘it will go away’, I honestly didn’t remember looking at a blinding reflection, but as I was driving, it continued to get worse and I kept on thinking it would go away eventually. It started changing to where it like this jagged edge on my vision.

And I actually couldn’t see very clearly at all on the right hand side of my vision. Because it was impacting my ability to see so bad while I was trying to drive and because I was freaking out, I ended up having a panic attack. I don’t even know how to describe what that feels like. Utter terror, everything becomes overwhelming physically I felt hot, I didn’t know what to do, trying to change lanes, I could barely see out of the right hand field of my vision.

I was afraid if I pulled off of the highway, I wouldn’t be able to make myself drive again.

I rolled down my window a little bit to try and get grounded. I grabbed my black tourmaline crystal out of my purse and put it on my lap. I called out to Archangel Micheal to help me. It was absolutely terrifying. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. After awhile, my vision came back to normal and my panic attack subsided and then I just started crying. My body felt completely tensed up – I could feel all of the tension and stress I had just experienced.

I went home and I was never so grateful to be at home, be safe and connected to the Earth. I hadn’t been drinking very much, but I poured myself a glass of wine and just sat on the edge of my deck with my feet on the ground and hugged my dog, Shiner.

I was so relieved and yet traumatized over what I had just experienced.

My first thoughts were I have a serious medical issue, I immediately thought it must have been caused by one of the new supplements I had been taking – Vitamin B12, reishi, chaga or schizandra? I did this to myself I thought. I didn’t do the due diligence or maybe this was some horrible disease, or brain tumor and I immediately thought I needed to schedule an eye exam. I was scared for my health. Eventually I went back inside to relax.

It wasn’t until a few days later that I thought wait…maybe this was from that guy I took a photo of? It happened immediately after I took the photo.

But what was that? Did he do something to me?

I decided to schedule a reading with a psychic that I have worked with before.

What she told me left me even more traumatized.

What I learned from the psychic

I scheduled the psychic reading for the following week. I told the psychic what happened to me – what I experienced. They asked to see the picture of what I took, so I showed it to them. They said that they don’t see these types of beings around. They said that Dolores Cannon would call them backdrop people. They said one of the roles that they play has to do with programming and reprogramming humans and that it would scare the crap out of most people, that it’s very Illuminati-oriented.

They said that these beings come in and they don’t want to be seen so they wear these masks. That they want to go in to certain places and just wipe out collective memories, or they may just be going in for an individual person.

They went on to say that I am protected, that the ‘wipe out’ started to happened and that this started the energy of my memory because I saw him. They said that all you have to do is to look at him. They said that I stopped it from continuing.

They said that these beings are rare, but they are out there. They basically wipe out people’s memory patterns and belief systems for their own purpose.

I asked for clarification on how it happened. They said that because I looked at him while he was doing that – it started, but also because I took a picture, and he probably saw me, then he was going to try harder.

I then asked if the black tourmaline helped. They said that that was my tool, but that I needed that as a tool to protect myself and then my angelics surrounded me. I used that to shield myself to make it stop, and then everything reflected and bounced back to him.

I know I created that experience, so I asked them why I created that for myself, it was a lesson for me to trust myself and to leave some things alone.

WTF?

So that was what I learned. The thing is, I feel that my role in this spiritual awakening process is to help others along their journey. I know that there are others who focus on the ‘dark side’ of things and help bring that to light. I know that isn’t my role and I know enough about it to be aware, but I definitely do not focus or research anything in regards to that side.

But, I couldn’t help but think about a few things and of course, I now have questions that I don’t know the answer to.

The main thing that I think has traumatized me the most about this whole experience is the knowledge that:

  • Someone deliberately tried to hurt me, to manipulate me and caused me such harm that I could have been a different person and/or crashed my vehicle and died and/or killed other people
  • That it is even POSSIBLE to impact a person by just LOOKING at them
  • The ability to alter someone else’s memory and belief systems as a possibility at all – I’ve never even heard of that!!

I have tried processing this a little at a time. I have decided to not actively go learn or seek out any information about these types of people. The biggest challenge that I have found myself dealing with is just how little we are aware of our own potential as human beings – even if in this case, it was to harm another individual. Especially by just looking at them!!!

I have had my Kundalini activated through eye contact, so I know that it is powerful to look into someone’s eyes and have a profound energetic experience. However, there are 2 things – one, is that it was through direct eye contact and two, even though I don’t understand how Kundalini activation works – that ability is clearly talked about and shared. THIS – I have never even heard of!! I have heard of people being manipulated and/or brainwashed, but I never tried to learn about that stuff or focus on it. I have just heard about that.

So….what now? Well, I suspect at some point I will discuss this with a healer because I can tell this trauma is still with me. My body is actually very tensed up as I’m writing this. Maybe this is helping process some of these emotions? And honestly, I don’t know. I haven’t thought much more about it. I know that I needed to share this information, but that’s about it. I’ve only shared it with a handful of people that I’m close to, because most people, even myself, would not even know where to start with this.

I’d like to say I hope this helps someone, but I pray to God that this is a rare event and that these people are not commonly encountered at all. If you do happen to see someone that looks like this – please DO NOT look at them! I’m sharing the picture of them, because they need to be exposed. Dark exists, I’m not going to live in fear, I’m sharing my story to help others.

Perspectives

Perspectives are like a**holes – everyone has one…..

Just a little humor here – as we all need this going through the spiritual awakening process. In this article I want to cover the concept of “perspectives” and one of the most helpful things that assisted me regarding this concept. When you start to awaken spiritually – you naturally begin to open up to a lot of new ideas and concepts that you had no clue about. As this happens, you seek out others who share the same outlook and beliefs that you do.

The basic concept that was most helpful to me, was a statement that Magenta Pixie said during one of her videos. She basically said – we create our own realities, so all perspectives are correct. This idea seems so simple, yet it was profound to me. That concept helped me SOOO much in my spiritual journey. When your world has been turned upside down and everything that you thought was true and “real” – turns out to not be true at all, and all you want to do is to talk to people about it, you get this frustration level built up because no one else in on the same page as you. It leads to some REAL frustration. All you want to do is to talk about your spiritual experiences, aliens and control systems but other people aren’t there yet, and so they don’t understand what you are talking about.

I always used to feel like, “I’m right, come on guys, this is the Truth” and I would get frustrated even talking to other people who didn’t share the same outlook. Once I heard this view by Magenta Pixie, it gave me such a sense of relief and allowed me to release all of that frustration I had felt.

It also allowed me to view things in a fundamentally different way – to allow other people to have their own experience without judgement.

This was a real paradigm shift that happened in my head. It was PROFOUND! This concept is based on the tenets of “law of attraction” – which is that we create our own reality. We create our reality through our thoughts, words, actions, and most importantly through our feelings. So just because someone doesn’t share the same outlook as you that’s perfectly okay!

The Law of Attraction is one explanation to address our experiences here on Earth, but another concept that we need to consider is of “Blue Prints” which I covered in this article.  This ties in because we may also have a pre-planned experience to have here on Earth in addition to what we create through the Law of Attraction.

So let’s take a look at a few examples at how this plays out.

Scenario 1

Someone gets killed in a car accident

Person 1 – Perspective: Doesn’t believe in God, souls, or reincarnation.

They are extremely upset, thinking about that poor person’s situation, how their family feels. They almost ‘own’ that sadness, thinking that could have been them.

Person 2 – Perspective: Believes in God. Believes in Heaven and Hell

This person is sad, but they have faith and don’t understand the reason ‘why’ that happened, but they are okay, because they have their faith. Believes that was God’s will.

Person 3 – Perspective: Believes that we are co-creators as “God” and that we create our own reality (law of attraction). Believes that souls have Blue Prints to experiences they will have on Earth.

This person feels empathy, but believes that we don’t know why that soul chose that experience and so doesn’t engage in trying to understand why that happened. It isn’t their place to understand or know what that soul was trying to accomplish by having that experience.

Scenario 2

Someone gets an incurable illness:

Person 1 – Perspective: Doesn’t believe in God, souls, or reincarnation.

They don’t understand why this would happen to such a nice, kind person. They are extremely upset and feel that this person never did anything to deserve to suffer in this way.

Person 2 – Perspective: Believes in God. Believes in Heaven and Hell

Believe that they don’t know why this person got such a horrible illness, but it’s God’s will. God works in mysterious ways.

Person 3 – Perspective: Believes that we are co-creators as “God” and that we create our own reality (law of attraction). Believes that souls have Blue Prints or plans of certain experiences they will have on Earth.

This person’s perspective is very different than 1 and 2 above. They believe that the person created this illness through their thoughts words or actions in this lifetime. Or, they believe it was a “blue print” or plan for that soul to experience. The key in this last perspective, is that once a person is ‘awake’ and ‘aware’ that they are “God” – they can create whatever they want. So they have the power to change that blue print. They know that they are “Sovereign”. In some cases, it may be that soul had a desire to experience an incurable illness for a bigger purpose. And we may not know what it is, but the key is to always have compassion for whatever that experience may be.

All of these perspectives are okay. No perspective is wrong or right. Each person creates their own reality through their own THOUGHTS, WORDS, ACTIONS, and FEELINGS.

At then end of the day – to me – the question that we need to be asking ourselves – is does this perspective make me feel better or worse?

When you have a different perspective than another person, it’s important to be present, be open, and always respectful of that person’s perspective – even if they are not respectful of yours. What I try to do, is to listen, and if I feel that they might be open to a different perspective – I might offer mine. However, I will always try to say it in a manner that I feel they may be open to hear. It’s important to communicate to others in a way that is not accusatory, but rather, state it in a way where it’s not personal, but more general and more reflective.

One term that has resonated with me, is the concept of looking at things from a “multi-dimensional’ perspective. When we look at things through that lens – generally, we are looking at things from a higher perspective. In this 3D reality, that is one dimension. If we look at ourselves as souls and our higher selves, that would be another dimension – which could be the 5th dimension or higher. So that perspective would be considered ‘multi-dimensional.’

As you awaken spiritually, your perspective may change dramatically and it’s important to understand that as your views change, the people in your life may not get ‘your reality.’ And that’s okay. Just be patient and allow others to have their own experience.

Spiritual Awakening – Why? Our Place in the Universe

So now that we’ve gone over what happens during the Spiritual Awakening Process, we need to look at why this is happening. In this article, I’ll start with our place in the Universe.

When you start your awakening process, you will begin to start searching on the internet, YouTube, and through books. I don’t even exactly remember what I started to look up, but it was probably about the different experiences I was having. What ends up happening, once you are on the path is that you will be led from one piece of information which will lead you to another.

Eventually – you will end up hearing about the date – Dec. 21, 2012 and what a big deal that date was.

Now, I don’t know about you, but I do remember hearing about that date and hearing some people talk about this doomsday “end of world” scenario. And I remember thinking ‘well I’m not going to play into that fear.’

So, what was this date and why was everyone focused on it? Well it was the date on the Mesoamerican long calendar (associated with the Mayans) that was the end of the ‘b’ak’tun’. Dec. 21, 2012 was the 13th b’ak’tun and the end of an era.

  • During my journey, I eventually came upon the concept of ‘it is the end of 3D and going into 5D’ which is basically a higher consciousness. D means “Dimensions”. And once you start to wake up – you will realize that there are many different dimensions. 3D, which is the dimension we are in, is very dense.
  • I also began to hear people talking about some sort of ‘planetary alignment’.
  • Another concept I began to learn about was these ‘waves of energy’ or consciousness that are beginning to wash over us and these waves are packets of energy which serve the purpose of expanding our awareness, raising our vibration and consciousness.
  • Others explained about us moving into this high energy in the Universe that was causing us to experience these energies
  • I also remember hearing people talk about this 26,000-year cycle
  • The ‘Age of Aquarius’ was another term I kept coming across

So, it was only recently when I found an article that explains graphically what it is happening.

So, you must look at our place in the Universe, and step back and look from a larger perspective.

Earth is located in our solar system and the Earth is rotating around our sun, however, our entire solar system and our Sun is also in an orbit around a planet called Alcyone – the brightest star in the Pleiades system– which is a part of the Pleiades system – 7 sisters.

And our solar system, and Alcyone is rotating around a Galactic Core (aka Galactic Central Sun) – the central region of the Milky Way Galaxy which takes approximately 225 million years.

And being located within this orbit, we, as an entire Solar System, are moving into a high energy in the Universe called the “photon belt” also referred to as the ‘golden nebula’. The photon belt is shaped like a toroid – which kind of looks like a donut – to make it simple.

To make the entire orbit – it takes 26,000 years, 2,000 years of light and 11,000 years of ‘darkness’ and then it repeats this same cycle on the other side.

So, it is my understanding that we have moved into this high energy photon belt. I’ve heard various dates as to when that happened, but we are fully in this energy now.

So, the energy is coming from the Galactic Central Sun – to the Central Sun (Alcyone) through our Sun and to Earth.

These energies are high energies which affect our planet as well as us. These energies are the cause of our physical and emotional symptoms of ascension. They are packets of consciousness which are serving to raise our vibration, our frequency, and increase our light quotient.

These waves have been coming in and are coming in now more frequently. They can make you tired as you integrate them. It’s easier to integrate when you sleep – which is why it is important to listen to your body. This energy will have different affects on different people depending on the inner work that you have done, as well as each individual soul’s blueprint and purpose here on earth. But one thing you have to understand is that these energies are not going to let up, so if you have not dealt with your inner wounds and traumas – you are going to, because these energies are high vibration which is raising our consciousness. The only way to raise your consciousness is to release emotions that are of a low vibration. You can see evidence of these energies through people’s behavior. Some people did not plan to stay for this Ascension process (evolving from 3D to 5D) and so will leave. Others may act out as they are forced to deal with their inner demons.

In order to process these energies, it’s important to work on yourself. Do the inner work, take care of your physical, spiritual and emotional aspects. Be sure to make healthy food choices, drink plenty of fresh water, stay grounded, and try to show compassion towards others. Always try to operate from the heart.
