The spiritual awakening process is not for the faint of heart. It has required tremendous courage for you to be open to an alternate perspective than what you have previously learned. It has also required you to look inwards and face your shadows. For this – you should be extremely proud of yourself for not only being open to some harsh truths, but also to be willing to face this journey on your own! It can a very isolating and confusing path.
I began my spiritual awakening journey 10 years ago after I met a Twin Flame that activated my Kundalini. Since then, I have learned a tremendous amount and have had many life changes along the way. I’m now offering a program to assist others on their awakening journey.

1. The Spiritual Awakening Program will begin with a brief questionnaire to assess where you are on your journey and identify the key areas that you would like guidance.
- The coaching sessions will be individualized to what you need at this point in your journey. These could range from:
- Questions on topics that you have recently discovered.
- Relationship struggles.
- Understanding energy.
- Navigating being an empath.
- Dream interpretation assistance.
- Navigating the Twin Flame Journey.
- Psychic experience guidance.
- Self-growth struggles (isolation, inner healing, shadow work.)
2. 3 (Three) Months Unlimited email/text support – During the 3-month program, having an open connection through email/text is available as needed. It can be a frustrating and isolating experience, so in addition to our weekly sessions, support is available to navigate issues as they arise.
3. Awakening Book – By Heather Burket – I am providing a copy of the book I wrote on my own spiritual journey. I experienced a more intense Spiritual Awakening called a Kundalini Activation which has its own unique issues. I was ‘fast-tracked’ on the spiritual awakening journey. I found it very difficult to find out information and try to piece things together in my mind, so I wrote a book to provide a basic understanding of the things that I experienced during my awakening to provide a framework for others.
4. Dream Notebook – A blank notebook for taking notes on your dreams or psychic experiences that you may have. If desired during the program, we can discuss any dreams that you have.
5. Crystal Beginner Set – I am excited to share crystals to offer additional support on your journey!
You will receive one Black Tourmaline Raw Chunk – Black Tourmaline is essential in the awakening process. If you are empath – this is one crystal that would greatly benefit you! Black Tourmaline helps remove negativity from you and prevents negative energy from impacting you. It also greatly assists with aura protection and anxiety. It is a very grounding stone, so it can help if you experience anxiety.
Palo Santo – If you haven’t yet smelled Palo Santo – you are in for a treat! It has the most aromatic, peaceful scent that almost puts you into a state of reverence and seems to bring back ancient memories of the power of ceremony. Palo Santo is used to clear away negative energy and uplift your environment. To use, simply light one end and let it start to smoke. The smoking stick should then be taken through the home, around your person and anywhere you feel needs an energetic cleansing and uplift in energy. I recommend keeping one door open or window while performing this energy clearing ritual. This Palo Santo is sourced from Peru.
Rose Quartz or Aventurine Heart– Rose Quartz and Aventurine support the heart chakra. Opening up the heart chakra is key to inner peace. Both Rose Quartz and Aventurine can assist with allowing love, peace and forgiveness into your heart.
Onyx Bracelet – Excited to offer with this starter kit – Onyx Beaded Crystal Stretch Bracelets! Onyx supports the root chakra in grounding – something that all empaths can use! Additionally, onyx, like other black colored crystals offers a layer of protection from negative energy. Onyx also supports us as we exercise our willpower, promoting inner strength.
Crystal Tumble Set – Crystal Tumbles are an excellent way to get started with your crystal healing journey. Crystal tumbles are small and so can easily be transported with you as you go through your day. Many people carry them in a small bag (medicine bag) in their handbag, in their pocket or in a necklace which holds a tumble. You can also meditate with them, holding them in your hand, or placing them on the particular chakra that they support.
Lapis Lazuli – Lapis Lazuli is a brilliant, vibrant blue color that always catches your eye. Most people are aware of Lapis from its extensive use in Egyptian jewelry, amulets and decorative pieces such as scarabs. It is associated with third eye activation as well as supporting the throat chakra. On the awakening journey, crystals such as Lapis help us navigate our journey of self-awareness.
Tiger’s Eye – Tiger’s Eye supports the solar plexus chakra – assisting us to step into our power. One of the steps in the awakening process is stepping into authenticity. Many of us have let other people tell us how to live our lives rather than truly focusing on what we desire to create. Tiger’s Eye supports us on our journey to allowing ourselves to be seen, stepping into our power.
Smoky Quartz – Smoky Quartz is another grounding crystal supporting the root chakra. One of the things that will happen as you awaken is you will become more aware of your own energy – what supports you and uplifts you vs. what drains your energy. Smoky Quartz is an excellent crystal to help us shield ourselves from negative energy as we navigate this process. It can also help us with any negative patterns that need to be released as well as providing emotional stability.
Clear Quartz – Clear Quartz is used to amplify any crystals energy. It can also be used as a general energetic cleanser. It can also be ‘programmed’ to assist us with our desired manifestations. Clear Quartz is regarded as a “Master Healer” for its abilities of healing and purification.
6. Spiritual Awakening Guides – These are PDF files that range from 8-14 pages long. They are a summary of what I have specifically learned. It is difficult to find information all in one place, so I have compiled information into these guidance documents on these specific topics that are important on the journey.
