Dark Night of the Soul: One of the main reasons why people avoid awakening spiritually is because it is a very difficult process requiring one to face their inner shadows. One of the toughest aspects is called the “Dark Night of the Soul.” Mine happened in April 2016. For me, this phase was brought on when I realized that my foundational beliefs just crumbled, and I had no framework to stand on. It is very difficult to describe what I experienced. I can provide support and strategies to navigate through this more challenging phase of your spiritual awakening.
Dream Interpretation: The dreamtime seems to take on a life of its own during the spiritual awakening process. Having spent the last decade navigating dream time messages – I can assist you in decoding the messages from your subconscious and higher self through personalized dream analysis. The dreamtime also starts to provide clues of our astral experiences, past lives, precognition and many more fascinating topics.
Energy Practices: It’s hard to say what is the most important thing along the spiritual journey but learning about your own energy including how to maintain a clear energetic field, what drains you and what gives you energy becomes a focal point as you start to raise your vibration. I can share the various techniques for energy clearing, shielding, and balancing I’ve discovered to maintain your spiritual and emotional well-being.
Navigating Being an Empath: An empath is someone who is sensitive to energy – they ‘feel’ energy. Empaths feel others’ emotions – their sadness, anxiety etc. They can walk into a room and feel that the ‘vibe’ is off. This skill, although wonderful, can also feel like a curse until you are able to clear and shield your energy. You may be unwittingly picking up on others’ energy which can leave you feeling drained or overwhelmed. I can assist you with understanding this heightened sensitivity including techniques and tools to protect your energy while enhancing your empathic gifts.
Healing Methods: Over the years I have tried various healing modalities from acupuncture to a Tachyon Chamber. If it’s out there, I’ve probably tried it. I can help you with any questions you have if you are considering any additional alternative holistic practices or offer suggestions to support your spiritual growth and overall well-being.
Kundalini Activation: This may not be familiar to many people. However, if you are aware of it and have experienced it, I can help you navigate this complex and often confusing Kundalini energy and all the experiences that you may have after being activated. This part of my spiritual awakening was the most difficult as it involves so many different things – sleep, dreams, physical experiences, psychic experiences, emotional challenges – and there is not much information out there about this topic. I can provide information on what I have learned over the years through my own journey.
